I love this infographic! What a great find. I was really surprised to read that 59% of students claim their lectures are becoming increasingly disengaging. In my job I am constantly looking at improvements in education through technology (currently working on a student self-evaluation tool that cross-references all types of information already available about the student). From that perspective, seeing this infographic and reading the sources quoted has given me some new food for thought. Thanks!

This is really a great infographic, really tells the story that illustrates new learning modalities. Cutting edge technology tells us what a mobile society we will be and a world without borders and a world without walls. http://www.cathyandersonblog.com/
91% Faculty using Social Media in their classes? Really? Were did you get a number like this, I’d say closer to 1% if you do not include playing Bejeweled or Farmville during class. This number alone brings in to question the rest of your data!
